Refund policy

All sales are final. However, we want to ensure that you have an option of an exchange in the form of a store credit. Our policy for returns and exchanges are dependent on the specific circumstances, which are limited to damaged goods during transit or product defects.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for refund or exchange requests due to personal preferences, such as disliking the scent of a product after ordering. Customers are advised to make purchases at their discretion.

It's worth noting that we do not accept returns of candles that have been burned incorrectly or used.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
