Candle Burn Tips
Here are some tips to help you make the most of your candle experience:
- Let the wax pool reach the edge of the jar on the first burn
- Keep burn time to no more than four hours at a time
- Trim the wick to 1/4* after each burn
- Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface
- Never leave candles unattended
- Keep candles away from children, pets and anything flammable
- If the flame is too high, extinguish, trim wick, and re-light.
- When your candle has 1/4 - 1/2' of wax left it's time to say goodbye and give the jar a new life as something else. Not only is it a safety hazard to burn it further, but it can also cause damage to the container or the surface it's on.
